PL Organics ("we", "us", "our") sells wood-pressed cooking oils and A2 desi cow ghee, based in Nalgonda, Telangana. • Order & delivery details — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, delivery address, city, and pincode, which you provide at checkout so we can deliver your order.
• Order information — the products, quantities, and amounts in your order.
• Payment information — online payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Your card / UPI / netbanking details are entered on Razorpay's secure system and are never stored on our servers. We only receive a payment confirmation and reference ID.
• Messages — any information you share when you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Basic device data — like most websites, your browser may store items in your cart locally on your device. We do not run invasive tracking.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, and deliver your order and confirm it with you.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or phone about your order, delivery, or a query you raised.
• To send occasional offers or product updates — only if you opted in (for example by sharing your number for the welcome offer). You can ask us to stop at any time.
