These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PL Organics website (plorganicfarms.com) and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. PL Organics is based in Savarkar Nagar, Nalgonda, Telangana – 508001, India.

Our products

We sell natural, wood-pressed cooking oils and A2 desi cow ghee. Because these are natural, unrefined food products pressed in small batches, the colour, aroma, sediment, and taste may vary slightly from batch to batch — this is normal and a sign of minimal processing. Product information on the site is provided in good faith; it is not medical advice and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your area, or if there is an error in the price or product description. Where we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers, and combos may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you check out.
• Online payments are handled securely by Razorpay (Cards, UPI, NetBanking). You may also place an order by messaging us on WhatsApp.
• We make every effort to display prices accurately. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.

Delivery

We currently deliver across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding, images, and text on this site belong to PL Organics and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are food items to be stored and used sensibly. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nalgonda, Telangana.
